ECCJ is implementing the transfer of Japan’s technology and experience to Asian countries by dispatching experts on energy conservation. This video shows PROMEEC (Promotion of Energy Efficiency and Conservation Program) activities for ASEAN countries since 2000. Through this program, Japanese experts implemented OJT on the energy conservation diagnosis for main industries and buildings in each country.
