(5) Establishment of “ASEAN Energy Management System”
Multi-Country Training Program on Energy Conservation (MTPEC) (FY2005-2011) linked with PROMEEC project have been conducted and 299 trainees have joined this EE&C training Program for 7 years to have more opportunities to enhance their understanding of how to promote and implement the EE&C.
