Display Obligations
    The Energy Conservation Law has established a display system for Top Runner target machinery and equipment
    Display Items
    1. Energy consumption efficiency and related items
    2. Product name and type that specify the product
    3. Name of the manufacturer responsible for the display
    Compliance Items
    1. The location of the display,
    2. The size of display characters,
    3. Units,
    4. And so forth.
    Penalties are imposed as same as when target values are not achieved
