Measurement method of energy consumption efficiency
  1. About energy consumption efficiency
    The fuel consumption value (km/L) which is well known to car users is used.
  2. About driving mode
    JC08 driving mode is adopted as the method to measure the fuel consumption according to the new fuel consumption standard. This is to realize the consistency with the exhaust gas measurement method and to precisely evaluate the fuel consumption performance.
    The new driving mode for measuring exhaust gas is changed as follows:
    - 11 mode method is changed to JC08C mode method (JC08 mode method by cold start) from 2008.
    - 10.15 mode method is changed to JC08H mode method (JC08 mode method by hot start) from 2011.
