1. Matters Associated with Energy Consumption Systems, Etc. (1) Combustion system |
1) A quick-response zirconia O2 meter is used to control exhaust gas O2. 2) In most cases, the ventilation system uses an inverter to control the rotation frequency. Commercial switchover due to inverter failure is also conducted. |
(2) Heat utilization system |
1) Papermaking system Supply air/exhaust heat exchange, fixed siphon and multistage drainage have been put in practice. 2) Most black liquor pumps uses mechanical seals. 3) Black liquor concentration system A plate method is used to realize high concentration (75%) of the black liquor. A multieffect (sextuple to septuple) method is used. 4) Recovery boiler In order to improve power generation efficiency, a newly installed boiler has a high-temperature, high-pressure steam condition of 10.0 MPa x 500ºC, using a composite tube, etc. All the newly installed boilers have adopted a low-temperature economizer system. A tubular heat exchanger is used for dissolver exhaust, an indirect black liquor heater for heating the black liquor, and a titanic exhaust gas water supply heater for heat recovery of the exhaust gas, respectively. 5) A soot blower uses a high-efficiency nozzle. 6) Heat recovery of the circulation liquid of the flue gas desulfurization equipment has been conducted. |
