3. Energy Saving with Lighting Lamp and Shade
  1. Abstract
  2. For the lighting of paper machine building, generally the mercury-arc lamps were used.
  3. Oji Paper Co., Ltd replaced these lamps by ceramic metal halide lamps.
  4. By replacing 4000 sets of lights at ten mills, the company got 860kW power saving and 7 million-kWh electric energy per year reduction.
