2. What Is the Energy Conservation Law?
Purpose of the Energy Conservation Law
With an oil crisis as a turning point, the Energy Conservation Law (concerning rational use of energy) was enacted in 1979 in order to;
  1. Ensure effective use of fuel resources according to a socioeconomic environment over domestic and overseas energy issues.
  2. Take necessary steps to promote overall rational use of energy as cases, such as the factories, transportation, buildings, and machinery and tools.
