| < Organizing a group > * Members: 5 .10 persons. Depending on the theme, (engineer(s) may join the group). * Leader : to be elected from among the members (irrespective of seniority). < Establish a theme and the target > * considering the problems of their own workplace or production line. < Study meeting >2 .3 times per month. < Data collection, improvement action and evaluation > * Members collect data by themselves or receive data from the company (energy manager/engineer). * They compile and graph the data, and identify the problem and study the measures by themselves. * Put the measures into practice (if necessary, under the engineer's permission), evaluate the results . |
