    1) Project forming by request from foreign countries
    2) Project forming by a project finding mission
  • Typical case of project forming
    1) Preparation of project plan by Counterpart with consideration
    of Japanese side support
    2) Request of technical cooperation to JICA Office or Japanese
    Embassy through Ministry of Foreign Affairs or related Ministry
    3) Project finding mission and/or study mission by JICA
    4) Signing of Minutes of Meeting or Record of Discussion by
    JICA and Counterpart representative
    5) Start of Development Study or Project Type Technical Cooperation
