Recovery of waste heat of exhaust gas (1)Heat exchanger should be adapted to exhaust gas characteristics.
(2)Plate type is recommended for clean services.
High temperature high humidity (1)Circulation of exhaust gas
(2)Install heating tubes submerged in fluid bed
(3)Counter-current flow between hot gas and material
Decrease of radiation loss (1)Large & middle dryer 5 ~15%,
(2)Small dryer, 20~40%
Decrease of thermal storage loss Replace brick, castable to ceramic fiber
(ceramic fiber veneering)
Prevention of leakage Seal clearances, install door

Hot gas furnace Add insulation, change insulation material, reduce air leakage, waste heat recovery
Fan/blower Apply VSD (ex. inverter)
Dust collector Low P bag filter,Replace low-efficiency cyclone
Duct & fitting Add insulation, reduce air leakage
