Possible Reasons for Low COP

(1) Fouling of Evaporative Condenser Tube
Water temp is high (26 to 34°C), compared to wet bulb temp (20°C). Generally water temp is wet bulb temp plus at most 5°C. It suggests condenser tube fouling. Proper maintenance of condenser and water quality control are necessary.
(2) Performance of pool evaporator seems to be degraded
(3) Flow pattern of ice water in the pool is not optimum
(4) Compressor performance seems to be degraded
due to aging
