Japanese government has sponsored HiCOT R&D projects
1) The project of high-performance industrial furnace development (FY1993-1999)
2) Research and development on advanced high-temperature air combustion technology (FY1999-2003)


Field Testing Project on
High-Performance Industrial Furnaces


  • Field Testing Project was initiated by MITI and NEDO as a step for dissemination of furnaces equipped HiCOT system.
  • 1/3 subsidy for project expenditure by NEDO Scope of items to be subsidized:
> design and engineering fee
> equipment procurement & installation cost
> data collection & miscellaneous fee
