(Note 2) A Type 2 Designated Energy Management Factory must submit the “fuels, etc. (electricity) consumption report” if the factory’s energy consumption in the preceding year is equal to or more than the eligibility criteria for a Type 1 Designated Energy Management Factory (i.e., fuels, etc.: 3,000kL (crude oil equivalent); or electricity: 12 million kWh). |
