qualified under the old setup

A person who is qualified in both heat and electricity management shall be considered to be a new qualified person.
Saitoh is the qualified person for heat energy management under the old setup.The following two methods are used to become a qualified person for energy management under the new setup.
1. Receive special training, and pass the certification test.
2. Sit for and pass subject I of the test for a qualified person for energy management. It is not necessary to sit for and pass one of the optional subjects II, III and IV in the field of electricity.
