Features of ESCO project
  1. The fund necessary for ESCO project is taken from the cost saved by the energy conservation.
  2. ESCO organization guarantees the energy conservation effect. If the effect thus guaranteed is not achieved, ESCO organization compensates the loss.
Features of ESCO project
    3. Comprehensive service is provided, including energy conservation diagnosis, consultation and planning, designing and construction of the energy conservation system.
    4. ESCO organization measures and verifies the energy conservation effect after the modification of current facilities. The result is confirmed by both parties and the service fee is paid.
