  • Jointly implemented by the Energy Conservation Center of Japan (ECCJ) for METI and Japan Government and the ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE) for ASEAN in cooperation with EE&C-SSN
  • Three sub-projects namely:
    • PROMEEC – Major Industries
    • PROMEEC – Buildings
    • PROMEEC – Energy Management (launched 2004)
