- In the case of electrically-powered facilities, management standards shall be established regarding maintenance and inspection to reduce the mechanical loss of load machinery (defined as machinery comprising the load of electrical motors; the same hereafter), drive train parts and electrical motors, and regular maintenance and inspections shall be performed in accordance with said standards.
- In the case of pumps, fans, blowers, compressors and other fluid machinery, management standards shall be established regarding maintenance and inspections to prevent leakage of fluid and reduce the resistance of pipes transporting fluid, and regular maintenance and inspections shall be performed in accordance with said standards.
