    • Singapore: Energy labelling, Building standards
    • Thailand: EE Promotion Act, for any building / factory that requires 1MW and above; more than 4,000 buildings
    • Brunei: Looking at voluntary energy labelling scheme, Producing guidelines for building designs

Required Technical Capabilities
  • Enhance cooperation with institutions
    • Interagency cooperation within the same government – need high level management support from all agencies
    • Set up an interagency energy efficiency unit/office within government, to drive energy efficiency policies and measures?
