- Buildings having a total floor area of 2,000-5,000 m2
-
“Specification-based standards (commonly called as the point method)” based on the specifications of buildings and facilities. These standards can be applied only to buildings having a floor area of 5,000 m2 or less.
The value is calculated by adding the value selected from “Application correction points to correct difference due to the building type and regional classification (Table 3.1)” to the total of the evaluation scores shown in (1) to (4) below.
The higher this value, the more efficient energy use is. It is required that the evaluation score be 100 points or more for all building types.
-
(1) The evaluation score of the site and floor plans of buildings(Table 3.2)
(2) The evaluation score of the thermal insulation performance of the external walls and roofs(Table 3.3)
(3) The evaluation score of the thermal insulation performance of windows(Table 3.4)
(4) The evaluation score of the solar heat shading performance of windows(Table 3.5)
<Ordinary or cold district> Point = Application correction points +((1)+(2)+(3)+(4))
<Tropical district> Point = Application correction points +((1)+(4))
* (2),(3) are excluded because the the thermal insulation
performance does not affect so much because there is no heating load.
