       Cooling water temperature: 25 degrees C or lower   21.57 kWh     0.2157 GJ/h
       Cooling water temperature: 28 degrees C or higher   18.51 kWh     0.1851 GJ/h

    - Energy consumption reduction
       (4.5 + 0.2157)/(5.5 + 0.1851) = 0.83 17% reduction
