- Be sure to add the year of the Christian Era and the month to the end of the title of the data
For example: Kowa data_0709xls
When storing the data entitled “Kowa data edition” after processing data, year of the Christian Era is automatically added to the title and the file is stored in the ORGD folder. The reference folder to create a trend graph will be “Kowa data edition_2007xls” in the ORGD folder.
- To create a trend graph, open the graph setting and change the folder first.
- Handling data when editing
Data is filed by the month and year. Name the files in the same way, such as beginning with “Kowa..” or “KUW”. Designate the first month as a reference file to create a trend graph, then the following months will be referenced automatically.
Store data of each month by generating a data edition folder.
