4. Contents of improvement (5)
In order to maintain the optimum operating conditions obtained through the measures mentioned in item 2) above, we standardized the management of the measures taken.
- Setting of lower limit of the air-feeding pressure (Standardized in the energy
conservation management standard.)
- Standardization of the shape of furnaces based on the tapping rate
- Use of the optimum mixing ratio of the coke (The mixing instruction was
prepared by the technical department for standardization for use at the
worksite.)
