Selection of objective facilities
  1. Survey of yearly energy consumption amount or cost of utilities of each facility.
  2. The longer the yearly operational time is and the more the energy consumption amount is, the better it is as the objective facility.
  3. Check the year when the facility was built and check if there were renovation constructions made to it after that.
  4. The more heat (cold water, hot water, steam) is used, the better as the objective facility.
