Preliminary diagnosis (including site survey)
  1. Prepare basic data concerning energy.
      2. Operation days in a year, time zone of work Energy consumption amount (a year) (electricity, gas, oil) Energy consumption amount (a day)
      (24 hour data of a typical day in summer, winter and middle season)
      Contracted electricity, contract type, gas type, contract type, gas unit price, oil type, oil unit price Presence of old equipment to be renewed
  2. Check if there is experience of cases similar to the objective facilities selected.
    Select several ESCO organizations.

    3) Contact ESCO organizations
      Show the basic data concerning energy, hear the opinions of ESCO organizations, and ask them to make EXCO proposals.

    4) Implement site survey
      Besides the basic data on energy, prepare data asked by ESCO organizations.

  1. Overview of building
    Time when it was built, time when it was renovated, number of floors, total floor area, etc.
  2. Operational status of building
    Period and time when cooling or heating is used.
  3. Drawings of facilities and equipment
    1. Drawings
      Layout of building, cabling diagram (electricity), piping diagram, duct diagram, monitoring system drawing
    2. Facilities
      Specifications of main facilities and equipment
      (name of facility and equipment, capacity, number of units, production date, etc.)
  4. Operational data
    Daily report of the facility operated (daily report of electricity received and transformed, boiler daily report, freezer daily report, etc.)
