1. For management of hot water supply facilities, areas to supply water shall be limited according to seasons and work, and a management manual shall be specified for items required to improve hot water supply efficiency including temperature and pressure of supplied water, etc.
2. For management of heat source facilities for hot water supply facilities, a management manual shall be specified so that the comprehensive efficiency of the facilities auxiliary machines including the heat source units and pumps, etc. is increased according to change of load.
3. When the heat source equipment of the hot water supply facilities is comprised of multiple heat source units, a management manual shall be specified to improve comprehensive energy efficiency of the heat source equipment by adjusting the number of operated units according to load status.

(2) Measurement & recording related to air-conditioning facilities and hot water supply facilities
1. For each section to be air-conditioned, a management manual shall be specified regarding measurement and record of items required to grasp conditions of air including temperature and humidity, and improvement of efficiency of air conditioning, and these items shall be regularly measured and recorded according to the manual.
2. For management of heat source equipment, heat transfer equipment, and air conditioning system, etc. that comprise air conditioning systems, a management manual shall be specified regarding measurement and record of items required to improve efficiency of each unit and comprehensive efficiency of the entire air conditioning facilities, and these items shall be regularly measured and recorded according to the manual.
3. For hot water supply facilities, a management manual shall be specified regarding measurement and record of items required to improve efficiency of hot water supply, and these items shall be regularly measured and recorded according to the manual.

(3) Maintenance and inspection of air-conditioning facilities and hot water supply facilities
1. For heat source equipment, heat transfer equipment, and air conditioning system, etc. that comprise air conditioning systems, a management manual shall be specified regarding maintenance and investigation of items required to improve efficiency of each unit including removing clogging and scale deposition and comprehensive efficiency of the entire air conditioning facilities , and these items shall be regularly maintained and investigated to maintain the facilities in good condition.
2. For hot water supply facilities, management manual shall be specified regarding maintenance and inspection of items required to improve efficiency of hot water supply including removal of scale, and regular maintenance and inspection shall be enforced to maintain the facilities in good condition.
3. A management manual shall be specified regarding maintenance and inspection of items required to manage automatic controller of air conditioning systems and hot water supply facilities, and regular maintenance and inspection shall be enforced to maintain the facilities in good condition.
