importance (e.g., items that have potential for remarkable improvement). Example: Select items by guess; Engineers and operators who work on the shop floor all the time know what should be improved. But, their views are not always the best. Example: Compare numerical values;
Arrange the values in descending order. Quantitative comparison makes it possible to pick out the best items. |
