ECCJ conducted FY2025 CN diagnosis in Brunei
<Dispatch of experts>
The Energy Conservation Center, Japan (ECCJ), entrusted by the Agency for Natural Resources and Energy, conducted a Carbon Neutrality (CN) Diagnosis in Brunei as part of the AJEEP※1 Scheme 5 activities.
From August 26 to 28, ECCJ visited the Ministry of Development (MOD) building in Brunei for three days to collect information and data necessary for a ZEB※2 retrofit proposal aimed at achieving carbon neutrality for the existing office building.
Moving forward, the ZEB retrofit proposal will be further examined and refined in preparation for the presentation of results at the interim meeting scheduled for next January with the participation of ASEAN officials.

concentration, and illuminance) and power consumption measurements of major
equipment(chillers, air handling units, and general loads), and collected
relevant data.
④ Identified areas for improvement and points requiring further consideration
from the perspectives of energy conservation and CO₂ emission reduction.
5. Future schedule
