Release Note on EC Guideline

EC Guideline is not a literal translation of Japanese law, which contains some amendments made by ECCJ to make it easier for foreigners who are not familiar with Japanese EC Act to understand. The amendments are;

・Omission of such items that is very specific to Japanese energy circumstances and policies.
・Reedition and rearrangement of articles in Target components.
・Numbering of tables.

Even though the above amendments, ECCJ believes the EC Guideline is kept substantially same as that of Japanese EC Act series.
