Dispatched experts to China for Energy Conservation support project

Under the instruction and financial support of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), the Energy Conservation Center, Japan (ECCJ) dispatched the experts to conduct support activities from September 5 to 7, 2017, focusing on energy conservation in the building sector for promotion of energy conservation in China, jointly with the National Energy Conservation Center of China.
This dispatch of experts was conducted for the purpose of seminar introductions and lectures of energy conservation technologies and energy management methodologies intended for political officials and on-site energy managers

Visit to a hotel and a shopping mall, information exchange and on-site confirmation 

 

 

 

 

This seminar picked up energy conservation technologies in the building sector, consistent energy conservation design and evaluation, and energy conservation standards. The experts presented in the seminar (1) the on-site evaluation technologies of the energy efficiency of building construction and rationalization of energy use, (2) energy management and energy conservation of public facilities, (3) benchmarking in the building sector in Japan, and measures for ZEB (Zero Energy Building) in Japan.
Furthermore, the experts visited two individual facilities (hotel and shopping mall) to exchange the information on the energy conservation analysis and technologies. The experts made useful proposals for future improvement in light of the climate characteristics of the Sichuan province.
