Background
After an eleven-month postponement due to the spread of COVID-19 infection, The EMAK10 workshop was held in December, 2020 at Hanoi, Vietnam connected with satellite venues in Japan and Indonesia, on the theme of ‘Transition of Energy Management and Energy Efficiency and Conservation’.

The EMAK10 is the first workshop held outside of G20 countries, instead, in Vietnam, which is the center of the fast-growing South East Asia.

Objectives
- To support the improvement of energy efficiency in the industrial and commercial sectors;
- Disseminate information on best practices in energy efficiency and energy savings achieved in Vietnam, with continued economic growth and increasing energy consumption, and;
- Share experiences on promoting energy efficiency and conservation by energy conservation measures under the legal framework and international cooperation.
